ShiftBike X1 is Hockey Bike’s newest patented off-ice training product. The ShiftBike X1 includes all of the benefits from the original X3 model, but also includes new enhanced features such as magnetic resistance and a ridged timing belt that drives the flywheel and crankshaft. The magnetic resistance allows riders to easily adjust resistance from level 1 to level 8 making it ideal for changing while in use or in-between players. The non-slip ridged timing belt prevents any slipping found in most all other stationary exercise bikes using a band to drive the flywheel when extreme force is put on the pedals in high resistance. The X1 is ideal for training centers, teams, and at home use for players from professional level to recreational.
The ShiftBike X3 is Hockey Bike’s original Patented training product. ShiftBike X3 is designed specifically for hockey players to increase on-ice endurance, speed, core coordination, and stickhandling skills.
The ShiftBike X3 is used by teams, universities, training facilities, and individual players in the US, Canada, and Europe. For optimal performance players should be between 5ft and 6ft 5inches in height with exceptions.
